This form must be completely filled out to be considered for enrollment. Any incomplete application will not be considered.

Nondiscrimination Policy

In compliance with Federal, state, and local laws, Immanuel Lutheran School admits students to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school regardless of  race, sex, color, national and ethnic origin, or disability.  It does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, national and ethnic origin, or disability in the administration of its educational policies and athletic and other school-administered programs.  Inquiries or concerns regarding admission should be directed to the school principal.

 

Admission Priority

We will be accepting our first round of new Kindergarten-8th grade online applications for the 2024-2025 school year from January 29th, 2024-February 9th, 2024. Any applications after that date will be pushed to our second round of applications. All applications must be completed correctly and accompanied by all school records from previous schools attended. Decision letters will be mailed to families beginning March 1, 2024. If you are accepted, the ILSW Enrollment Contract and the remainder of the registration fee is due by March 15th. New applicants with siblings that already attend ILSW, will have priority enrollment, if it is deemed that ILSW has the proper programs to help the child succeed (spiritually, socially, academically, and behaviorally). If the above is not completed by March 15th, those that are accepted will forfeit their spot for the 24-25 school year. 

 

Letters will indicate the following enrollment status for the 2024-25 School Year: 

Admitted

Provisionally Admitted

Waitlisted

Denied

Provisionally Denied

 

Entrance Age Requirements

It is the policy of Immanuel Lutheran School to follow the law as established by the State of Missouri regarding entry dates into school.  

 

Entry dates are as follows and will be enforced:

Preschool 4: The child must be 4 by July 31st

Kindergarten: The child must be 5 by July 31st
